- Design and execute performance testing strategies and test plans.
- Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks using JMeter and BlazeMeter.
- Perform load, stress, volume, and scalability testing for enterprise applications.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations for applications, databases, middleware, and infrastructure.
- Monitor application performance using Dynatrace, ELK, and related tools.
- Collaborate with Development, Architecture, DevOps, and Production Support teams to improve application performance.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify root causes, and drive performance optimization initiatives.
- Experience with Kafka, MongoDB, SQL Tuning, and Microservices Architecture.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Hybrid Cloud environments.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Investment Management domains.
- Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds
