Key Responsibilities
Design and execute performance testing strategies and test plans.
Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks using JMeter and BlazeMeter.
Perform load, stress, volume, and scalability testing for enterprise applications.
Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations for applications, databases, middleware, and infrastructure.
Monitor application performance using Dynatrace, ELK, and related tools.
Collaborate with Development, Architecture, DevOps, and Production Support teams to improve application performance.
Conduct performance reviews, identify root causes, and drive performance optimization initiatives.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Kafka, MongoDB, SQL Tuning, and Microservices Architecture.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Hybrid Cloud environments.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Investment Management domains.
