Must-Have

  • Strong experience in Duck Creek Policy & Billing testing
  • Deep expertise in Commercial P&C Insurance domain
  • Proven experience in QA Lead / Onsite Coordinator role
  • Exposure to test automation frameworks and practices
  • Strong skills in:
  • Stakeholder management
  • Test strategy and planning
  • Defect management and RCA
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies

Key Competencies

  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
  • High ownership and accountability for delivery

Experience

  • 10 14 years in QA / Testing
  • 4 years in QA Lead / Onsite role
  • Strong experience in Duck Creek implementations
  • Exposure to automation initiatives
