Job Tittle: Project Manager (Regulatory Modernization) Location: Remote/Hybrid allowance: 2 days onsite in Cleveland. Buffalo/Albany NY, if absolutely no one in Cleveland.

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Project Manager

Primary Focus

Own endtoend delivery of a highvisibility Regulatory Modernization initiative, with heavy emphasis on regulatory reporting, documentation, and execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for a toppriority regulatory program under executive scrutiny
• Drive task execution, followups, and accountability to keep deliverables on schedule
• Coordinate across business and technology teams, bridging gaps where needed
• Oversee extensive project documentation aligned to KeyBank standards and guidelines
• Support regulatory reporting initiatives (e.g., Call Reports, FR Y9C, 2052A)
• Help transition work toward cloud/data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud) as part of modernization
  
  

Required Background

• Minimum 3 5 years of project management experience
• Strong regulatory reporting experience (critical requirement). 3 years of experience in this category minimum.
• Experience in financial services or banking strongly preferred
• Comfortable managing highscrutiny, highurgency projects
• PM certification is a nice to have, not required
  
  

Additional Notes

• This is an urgent need with flexibility on bill rate
• Contracttohire is possible but not required
