- Coordinate, plan, and organize onboarding project activities.
- Ensure effective service delivery to stakeholders including end users, vendors, and project teams.
- Assist in resource planning, assignment, and oversight for onboarding projects.
- Track project risks, issues, timelines, and overall progress.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to business sponsors and management.
- Ensure adherence to system development life cycle processes.
- Oversee vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Support implementation of regulatory changes within projects.
- Manage onboarding team activities including workload distribution and completion.
- Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms for onboarding projects.
