- Lead end-to-end enterprise compliance programs leveraging Inovaare and related regulatory platforms for healthcare payer and provider organizations.
- Own program strategy, roadmap, and delivery across compliance configuration, rule updates, workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and regulatory cycles.
- Ensure alignment with CMS mandates, HIPAA, PHI handling, data privacy standards, and audit controls while embedding governance and security frameworks.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across compliance, regulatory, IT, security, legal, and vendor teams to deliver programs on time and within scope and budget.
- Establish executive governance including steering committees, RAID management, compliance reporting, and risk mitigation planning.
- Oversee integrations between Inovaare and enterprise systems (claims, enrollment, provider data, member systems, analytics) ensuring scalable and secure architecture.
- Support audit readiness, regulatory submissions, and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Manage budgets, resource plans, and SOW governance while tracking ROI tied to regulatory adherence, reduced audit findings, and operational efficiency.
