- 8 years of overall experience in Program Management or Large-Scale Project Management.
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing compliance or regulatory platform programs (Inovaare preferred).
- Strong experience in the Healthcare domain (Payer, Provider, or Health Services), with a solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance operations.
- Proven track record of managing multi-vendor, cross-functional compliance programs.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
- Experience managing programs involving CMS regulations, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
