- 8 years of overall experience in Program Management or Large-Scale Project Management.
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing programs.
- Strong experience in the Healthcare domain (Payer, Provider, or Health Services), with a clear understanding of regulated healthcare communications.
- Proven track record managing multi-vendor, cross-functional marketing technology programs.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
