Responsibilities
Payment Delivery & Program Execution
- Own ‑execution of assigned payment initiatives across ins-‑tore, mobile, and web experiences.
- Translate Business, Treasury, and Tech Ops needs into product requirements for clarity, technical feasibility, accessibility, analytics coverage, and operational readiness.
- Manage delivery across the full lifecycle, from discovery through launch and post‑launch stabilization.
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent payment workstreams.
- Serve as the primary product interface for payment vendors and partners (e.g., processors, gateways, wallet providers, POS vendors).
- Drive clarity on scope, sequencing, and delivery expectations with external partners.
- Support standardization of enablement, change management, and escalation processes across vendors.
- Ensure vendor work aligns with internal priorities, controls, and operational readiness.
- Partner closely with internal Design team, Engineering, Tech Ops, Security, Treasury, Finance, Legal, Brand, and Digital Product teams.
- Support Tech Ops by providing clear product direction, prioritization, and context for payment related‑ changes.
- Participate in working sessions to align on tradeoffs, sequencing, and delivery constraints.
- Ensure payment solutions are delivered with clear acceptance criteria, monitoring, and rollback considerations.
- Track and communicate delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Support improvements in reliability, consistency, and operational clarity across payment flows.
- Use data to measure prioritization, adoption, performance, or revenue/cost impact.
- 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within payments, digital commerce, or fintech.
- 4 year and/or Bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree in business, computer science, or a related field is a plus.
- Direct experience working with payments, payment processors, gateways, digital wallets, gift cards, or transactional platforms.
- Exposure to fraud, compliance, or payment reliability concepts.
- Hands‑on experience translating requirements into epics and user stories while leading agile events and managing delivery in Jira.
- Experience working with external vendors or technology partners and managing execution across organizational boundaries.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel with competing priorities.
- Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills for the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Experience working in QSR, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or large-scale consumer platforms is preferred.
