Product Manager – Payment Solutions
Location: Atlanta Support Center, Three Glenlake Parkway NE, Atlanta, GA 30328
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Duration: 7 months
Rate: $80-$85/hr on W2
Role Summary:
Inspire Brands is seeking a Payments Product Manager to deliver, stabilize, and orchestrate enterprise-scale payment initiatives across in-store, web, and mobile channels. This is a delivery-heavy, execution-focused role responsible for card and digital wallet payments, stored-value (gift cards), and vendor-integrated payment flows at scale.
Key purpose: Reduce execution risk during periods of high concurrency across payment reliability, partner initiatives, and migration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Payment Delivery & Program Execution
- Own execution of payment initiatives across in-store, mobile, and web.
- Translate business, treasury, and tech ops needs into product requirements.
- Manage full lifecycle: discovery → launch → post-launch stabilization.
- Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and risks across concurrent workstreams.
Vendor & Partner Orchestration
- Serve as the primary product interface for payment vendors (processors, gateways, wallets, POS).
- Clarify scope, sequencing, and delivery expectations.
- Standardize enablement, change management, and escalation processes.
- Ensure vendor alignment with internal priorities and operational readiness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, Tech Ops, Security, Treasury, Finance, Legal, Brand, and Digital Product teams.
- Provide prioritization, context, and product direction for payment changes.
- Participate in tradeoff discussions and delivery planning.
Operational Readiness & Optimization
- Deliver solutions with clear acceptance criteria, monitoring, and rollback plans.
- Track and communicate delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Improve reliability, consistency, and operational clarity across payment flows.
- Use data to measure adoption, performance, and business impact.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5 years of product management experience (payments, digital commerce, or fintech).
- 4-year bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- Direct experience with payment processors, gateways, digital wallets, gift cards, or transactional platforms.
- Exposure to fraud, compliance, or payment reliability concepts.
- Hands-on experience translating requirements into epics/user stories and leading agile events in Jira.
- Experience working with external vendors or technology partners.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Salary : $80 - $85
