Key Responsibilities
Interviewer Enablement & Compliance
- Manage the lifecycle of interviewer training and certification programs
- Coordinate and track enrollment, completion, and compliance of required training modules
- Maintain accurate records of certified interviewers
- Audit training completion data and generate compliance reports
- Identify gaps and drive corrective action
- Serve as a point of contact for interviewer inquiries related to training, certification status, and logistics
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Own and maintain the operational documentation library
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure documentation accuracy, relevance, and compliance with current standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to update documentation in response to policy, system, or strategic changes
- Identify documentation gaps and develop new SOPs, job aids, training guides, and FAQ resources
- Ensure resources are clear, accessible, and user-friendly
- Provide coordination and administrative support for team initiatives
- Track timelines and manage deliverables
- Organize meetings and maintain project visibility
- Suggest improvements to existing processes, tools, and workflows
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and interviewer experience
- 2 4 years of experience in project coordination, recruitment operations, or a process-driven operational role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
- Ability to commute onsite in Richmond, VA Monday Friday
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of personal ownership, discretion, and flexibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and process changes
