Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for PeopleSoft Administrator / Architect in Albany, NY.

Description:

This position will provide the following PeopleSoft Application and Architect support:

• Research, Document and Guide the PeopleSoft Infrastructure design/layout based on PeopleSoft best practices for implementation on upgrade.
• Support Installation, configuration/application triage of the various software components of PeopleSoft (WebLogic, Tuxedo, Elasticsearch, Oracle database) for new Peoplesoft required environments with latest technology stack
• Provide technical directions to meet business needs
• Work with other agencies and technical support teams in pursuit of technically excellent solutions
• Produce technically excellent solutions architecture that is aligned to business needs and direction
• Research, resolve, and test configurations
• Provide Research, Analysis and PeopleSoft Application support for the current Legacy PeopleSoft Applications
• Support the proposed Peoplesoft enhancement project as required
  
  

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.
• Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
• 84 Months of system administration experience in Oracle?s PeopleSoft HR & HCM 9 or higher release. Where duties included installation, configuration, tuning, upgrade/patching, and perform code migrations in a Unix/Solaris/Linux environment.
• 84 Months of system administration experience utilizing PeopleSoft People Tools 8.49 or higher, including installation, upgrading, patching, tuning/configuration.
• 84 Months of experience in performing People Tools and PeopleSoft application upgrades utilizing PUM and Change Assistant tools.
• 60 Months of experience with WebLogic and Tuxedo including troubleshooting, installation, configuration, upgrading, and high availability (HA).
• 60 Months of experience with Oracle 10g or higher database releases in creating and maintaining Peoplesoft databases.
