- Serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and issues.
- Respond to employee questions regarding payroll processing, time tracking, and payroll input submissions.
- Provide timely, accurate resolutions and escalate complex matters to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
- Support accurate recording and validation of employee time data.
- Assist employees and managers in navigating time tracking systems and company policies.
- Monitor, investigate, and reconcile time tracking discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments.
- Prior experience in payroll support, HRIS, or related HR/payroll functions.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, Kronos, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and time tracking tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
