We are seeking experienced candidates with strong L2 Application Support expertise in Oracle Retail modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in supporting retail systems, monitoring batch jobs, and handling integrations and data flow issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 Application Support for Oracle Retail systems
- Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows
- Troubleshoot and resolve job failures within SLA timelines
- Work closely with business and technical teams for issue resolution
- Ensure system stability and performance
- 8 years of IT experience with Oracle Retail
- Strong experience in:
- Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
- Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM / RHIM)
- Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA)
- Oracle Retail Price Management
- General Ledger (GL)
- Hands-on experience in L2/Application Support
- Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with Databricks and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience in monitoring batch jobs and handling integrations
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
