You will be responsible for monitoring batch jobs, integrations, and data flows while ensuring the timely resolution of any system failures.

Job Description: In this role, you will provide L2 Application Support for the Oracle Retail suite, specifically focusing on Merchandising, Sales Audit, and Invoice Matching. You will be responsible for monitoring batch jobs, integrations, and data flows while ensuring the timely resolution of any system failures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support: Provide L2 support for Oracle Retail modules including RMS, ReSA, and ReIM.
- Monitoring & Resolution: Actively monitor batch jobs and integrations; troubleshoot and resolve data flow failures to maintain system uptime.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Use SQL and PL/SQL to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
- Shift Flexibility: Support a 24/7 retail environment with flexibility regarding support hours and shifts.
- Oracle Retail Modules: Deep experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Sales Audit (ReSA), Invoice Matching (ReIM), and Price Management (RPM).
- Development & Integration: Strong hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Databricks, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Process Knowledge: Proven track record in monitoring and managing batch jobs and data flow integrations.
- Onsite Presence: Must be able to work from the Philadelphia office 5 days a week.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 10 years in Application Support environments.
