Must-have skills include Oracle Cloud Application Technical Skills (OTBI, Fast Formula, BIP, Workflow rules), Oracle Integration Cloud, and FBDI and HDL.
Minimum of 4 years of real project experience is required.
Responsibilities:
As an Oracle Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering Oracle SaaS and PaaS technology work. You will define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
Master proficiency in Oracle Cloud Integration is required. Expert proficiency in Architecture Frameworks, Operational Architecture, Applications Architecture, Architectural Design, and Technology Architecture is suggested.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technology architecture and design principles. You will conduct assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and scalability. You will stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions. You will facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and validate architectural solutions. You will mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for technology architecture.
Education Requirement: Software Engineering
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM Functional Knowledge, Oracle Process Cloud, and Oracle Infrastructure Cloud.
Additional Notes:
Oracle File Based Data Import (FBDI) - Expert level preferred.
