RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operations Support Analyst in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Operations Support Analyst will collaborate professionally with IT, business teams, management, providers, and end users
- Onboard organizations and users to VG systems
- Maintain user records: cleanups, merges, migrations, and mass updates
- Add applications and deploy roles during releases
- Validate and process organization and user access requests (URFs), manually or in bulk
- Provide Tier 2 support for VG-related issues
- Communicate system outages and post notifications on the VG Portal
- As an Operations Support Analyst, you will run reports for business and provider teams
- Support release management by documenting production issues
- Share VG Ops responsibilities and assist with data analysis, cleansing, and harmonization
- Minimum (2) years of helpdesk or user provisioning experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with web application support
- Must have worked in or be familiar with an IT environment and can assimilate and understand technical concepts
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of JIRA software preferred
