The Director of Plant Operations works in the planning, directing, and coordinating, through hospital or outside staff of skilled, semiskilled and unskilled trade personnel, activities concerned with the maintenance and construction of building and grounds. Plans such matters as design and development of plant facilities, formulation of operating rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
