Job Title: -Operations Engineer (Application / Platform Support)

Location: Des moiens, IA (Onsite)

Job Type: -Contract (W2)

Experience: 6 to 15 years

Role Overview

We are seeking Operations Engineers to manage and support vendor applications, perform configuration tasks, and handle infrastructure-level troubleshooting with a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Support and manage vendor applications and packaged solutions

Perform application configuration, setup, and environment management

Work on system-level operations including deployments and incident resolution

Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure across Windows servers and network environments

Collaborate with development and vendor teams for issue resolution

Learn and support Formscape templates and Drools rules engine configurations

Ensure system stability, performance, and SLA adherence

Required Skills

Experience in application support / operations / production support

Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and networking basics

Exposure to configuration management and vendor tools

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of rules engines (Drools) and document/template tools (Formscape)

Basic understanding of scripting/automation

Experience

4 8 years in operations/support roles
