Application-level Production Support (NOT Infra support) for Global Banking applications.
Requires deep subject matter expertise (SME) in WebLogic, IIS, and IBM MQ.
Strong hands-on in Unix/Linux and SQL queries (multi-node clustered environments).
Must be advanced in Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring, log analysis, and proactive issue detection.
Should be able to understand and implement automation using Python or Ansible

WebLogic: Troubleshoot managed server issues, stuck threads, deployments, JDBC connection pool issues and
IIS to troubleshoot app pool failures, HTTP 500/503 errors, SSL bindings, and request handling they are using IBM MQ to monitor queue depth, manage channels, troubleshoot delayed/stuck messages, configure queues.

- Respond to requests for application support from business, operations, and interfacing application teams during on call schedule.
- Manage incident resolution in production environments for assigned applications.
- Manage problem tracking and resolution in production environments for assigned applications.
- Support and perform change tasks per instructions from application teams in production environment.
- Schedule and manage infrastructure maintenance activities for production environments.
- Monitor jobs and respond to job alerts timely.
- Support release and deployment activities as needed.
- Understanding of Oracle Database structure, Data replication and ability to create and run Data queries in Oracle Databases using SQL.
- Understanding of WebLogic, IIS and IBM WebSphere MQ. Troubleshooting Data issues.
- Understanding of HTTP protocols and how to make API calls through HTTP.
- Scripting and automation
