Job Description
Provide operational and project support for client's Middleware environment which is inclusive of both COTS and home-grown application solutions.
Work on a team that provides 24x7x365 days-a-year coverage for the Middleware environment
Perform on call support as required
Provide support for US-restricted and non-restricted Middleware infrastructure
Perform knowledge transfer duties for more senior team members, thoroughly documenting information turned over, creating process documentation that is usable by yourself and other team members
