Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
- AV/conference setup troubleshooting and VIP-level support
- Handle IMAC, hardware replacement, and printer troubleshooting
- Device imaging, configuration, and inventory management
- Support onboarding/offboarding with IT/HR/Security
- Document SOPs and resolutions in ServiceNow
- 6 8 years of IT Support/End-User Support experience
- Strong knowledge of endpoint devices, peripherals, and ServiceNow
- Familiarity with ProxyPro, Microsoft Entra Self-Service
- Basic networking troubleshooting
- ITIL awareness and strong customer-first approach
- CompTIA A (or equivalent) certification required
- Experience with VIP support
- Exposure to enterprise IT workflows
