Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition from the current lease administration system to a new platform
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of lease data throughout migration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, facilities, and IT teams
- Support change management efforts and onboarding processes
- Apply knowledge of lease accounting standards (FASB/IFRS)
- Experience with lease administration platforms (e.g., CoStar, Yardi, Visual Lease, Tango, MRI)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel and data management proficiency
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization tools
- Knowledge of corporate real estate operations and portfolio strategy
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience with system migrations or software transitions
- Project management certification is a plus
