Boeing is seeking a delivery-focused Data Analytics & Digital Integrator to lead cross-functional analytics projects, perform hands-on coding, and accelerate adoption of new technology across the program. This role combines project leadership, stakeholder engagement, data engineering/analytics, and emerging-AI capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
NASA Access:
This position requires the ability to obtain access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Position Responsibilities:
- Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
- Leads and coordinates analytics and digital transformation initiatives end-to-end
- Designs analytic solutions and implement prototypes
- Introduce AI-practices for pragmatic, responsible adoption
- Leads project delivery: define scope, manage timelines, assign resources, and communicate status to stakeholders
- Translates business requirements into analytics solutions and AI/ML initiatives
- Performs coding for data transformation, ETL, analytics, and dashboards
- Builds and maintains data pipelines, curate datasets, and ensure data quality and governance best practices are followed
- Develops and maintains dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Conducts model validation, performance monitoring, and produce reproducible analysis artifacts
- Facilitates workshops and training for program, engineering, and business teams on analytics and AI fundamentals, responsible use, and tooling
- Ensures compliance with security and privacy IT guidelines
- Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5 years' professional experience in analytics, data engineering, data science, or related fields
- 5 years' experience leading projects or delivering cross-functional analytics workstreams
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or science related field
- Experience in the implementation and use of Program Management Best Practices
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives
- Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in Space Programs
