Summary

The Junior Business Process Analyst will analyze current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, and support process redesign and automation initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured problem solving and stakeholder engagement.We cannot offer sponsorship now or in the future for this role Role Overview. will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including expense tracking and revenue summaries
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel
• Assist business teams in making data-driven decisions by providing clear and concise insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, operations) to understand data requirements
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reports and dashboards
• Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and assumptions for transparency
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including expense tracking and revenue summaries
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitie
  
  

Support month-end and quarter-end financial processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or masters in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, IT, Economics, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of databases
• Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
