Title: Jr. Business Analyst (Regulatory Compliance)
Location: Hybrid 3 days/week in Boston, MA
Duration: 4-6 month contract
JOB PURPOSE:
The Junior Business Analyst will support asset management compliance reporting functions by analyzing compliance data, assisting with regulatory and client reporting, and maintaining reporting accuracy. This role will work with compliance systems and reporting tools to identify issues, support business needs, and help manage complex reporting requirements.
EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED)
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance/Investment Compliance industry.
- 1 years of experience in using Systems/Data related to Compliance
- 1 years in Compliance Reporting functions
EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED)
- Some experience in basic data analysis (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Finance and Compliance functions knowledge
- Good understanding of Reporting and regulatory framework
- Proven experience with Compliance technology/systems
- Client reporting/Corporate Compliance reporting functional knowledge
- Ability to analyze data and complex reporting requirements
