- Java Software Development (10 pts): 84 months of experience writing Java software for data access, structures, manipulation, databases, testing, and technical documentation.
- Hibernate ORM (10 pts): 84 months of experience integrating Hibernate with Java for optimized database interactions, utilizing XML mapping, HQL/Criteria APIs, and robust DAO layers.
- Enterprise JavaBeans (10 pts): 84 months of experience designing solutions using EJB 3.x, implementing Stateless/Stateful Session Beans, and leveraging container-managed transactions (CMT).
- Reporting & Rendering (10 pts): 84 months of experience with server-side templating (Freemarker), PDF rendering libraries, and JasperReports.
- Legacy Integration (10 pts): 84 months of experience integrating Java with legacy COBOL-based mainframe systems using Unisys DTPRA connectors.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following daily activities:
- JAD Sessions: Participating in Joint Application Development sessions to assist in Use Case analysis.
- Solution Development: Interpreting requirements, prototyping, and developing solutions that integrate with the existing ASSETS technology stack.
- Technical Mentoring: Providing expertise in J2EE, JBoss, SOA web services, Oracle, and Unisys Mainframe (DTPRA) to State staff and other contractors.
- Project Tracking: Providing work breakdown structures, estimating levels of effort, and reporting progress on dependencies.
- Support & Documentation: Providing troubleshooting and end-user problem resolution, as well as creating technical documentation and solution prototypes for stakeholders.
