Key Responsibilities
- Automating test script creation and execution.
- Creating test data sets and writing/executing test cases.
- Researching, resolving, and testing production and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) defects.
- Participating in all SDLC phases, including Unit, Functional, Integration, and Performance testing.
- Reviewing requirement documents and performing regression testing.
Requested Qualifications
Candidates will be evaluated based on the following specific criteria (Totaling 80 points):
- Qualification 1 (20 Points): 84 months of experience working on complex projects, including at least two years in a leadership role as a Testing Analyst. This must include preparing documentation, reviews, and obtaining approvals of test results from stakeholders using industry-standard methods.
- Qualification 2 (20 Points): 84 months of experience in client-focused quality assurance, managing testing across multiple high-profile projects with complex functional domains within a matrix organization.
- Qualification 3 (10 Points): 60 months of experience developing test plans, test cases, tracking defects, and developing automated tests, preferably in a software development environment.
- Qualification 4 (10 Points): 60 months of experience using tools such as Jira (including Jira-related plug-ins) or Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)/Quality Center for defect tracking and test planning.
- Qualification 5 (10 Points): 60 months of experience configuring automated testing using tools such as Selenium, Katalon Studio, or related software.
- Qualification 6 (5 Points): 36 months of experience leading and managing functional test planning and execution activities specifically within the Health and Human Service domain.
- Qualification 7 (5 Points): Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in Information Technology or a related field.
