Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC Onsite

Job Summary

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands on expertise across backend development using Java and Spring Boot as well as modern frontend frameworks. This role requires close collaboration with product owners, architects, and DevOps teams in an Agile enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack web applications using Java and modern frontend technologies
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
• Develop responsive and interactive UI components using Angular / React
• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, stand ups, and retrospectives
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automated testing
• Integrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and third party services
• Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis
• Follow secure coding practices and ensure compliance with enterprise standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and architectural design
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Backend / Core Java

• Strong hands on experience in Java (8 )
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices
• Knowledge of Hibernate / JPA
• Experience with Maven or Gradle
  
  

Frontend

• Hands on experience with Angular or React
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience consuming APIs and handling frontend backend integration
  
  

Database & Messaging

• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ preferred
  
  

DevOps & Tools

• Experience with Git (GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket)
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus
