We are seeking an IT Security & Support Contractor to work out of Dauphin County, PA
IT Security & Support Contractor (Hybrid)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Technology Security and Technical Support.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Provide general IT and technology support to end users.
- Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
- Assist with documenting, tracking, and managing security incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Perform network monitoring, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Support security operations and compliance initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and security standards.
- Collaborate with Security and Help Desk teams to maintain and improve IT services.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support and security processes.
- Experience with incident management and vulnerability remediation.
- Knowledge of network monitoring and security tools.
- Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
