Pittsburgh, PA/ Dallas, TX

Remote: Hybrid 3/2 schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: release planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups.
  • Train and support Scrum teams in Agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Support estimation and prioritization of user stories.
  • Track, collect, and report Agile metrics (performance/progress).
  • Resolve impediments and escalate issues when required.
  • Lead sprint capacity planning.
  • Communicate risks, updates, and status to stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement for Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Champion Agile standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure proper use of tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Required Technical Skills (2 years):

  • Agile methodology
  • JIRA
  • Confluence
