Responsibilities:
- Facilitate stand-up meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure full team engagement and capability growth.
- Manage interdependencies between teams and shield them from interference to optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and People Leaders to support short- and long-term planning and maintain a healthy work backlog.
- Anticipate and address impediments to team delivery and help manage interdependencies between teams.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster a growth mindset and mature Agile adoption.
- Champion continuous improvement activities to increase productivity and coach squads to conduct continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and insight to various organizational positions, including directors, managers, and product owners.
- Use data, observation, and analytical skills to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in team health and delivery.
- Observe and provide consistent, impactful feedback for team development.
- Embrace and instill the concept of continuous learning within the teams.
- Substantial experience fostering Agile maturity within teams, including navigating complexities during transformation.
- Solid experience and knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices and Agile project management concepts.
- Ability to thoughtfully adapt Agile practices to fit team needs while aligning with organizational standards and objectives.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team-building skills.
- Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in technology or a related discipline and at least 8-10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Agile certifications are preferred.
- Expert-level experience with Jira and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban methodologies.
- Cybersecurity experience is preferred.
- Solid time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple efforts in a cross-functional environment.
