- On-Prem
- Administration of client server systems -app servers, ESBs, WAS, DB servers
- Server based network connectivity, DNS, Firewalls etc,
- Manage certificates -SSL, TLS
- WAS/ESB configurations
- Shell scripting or any scripting language
- Requires knowledge and experience in the field of Data center maintenance, managing tickets and supporting infra with higher-level knowledge and skills..
- Performs technical-based activities.
- Contributes to and manages operations and projects.
- Uses deductive reasoning to solve problems and make recommendations.
- Interfaces with and influences key stakeholders.
- Leverages previous knowledge and expertise to achieve results.
- Ability to complete work self-guided.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Maintains task-based queue for completed tickets in the order received or based on criticality.
- Provides support for installations, troubleshoots local applications, servers and database issues.
- On call support.
- Onsite tasks at Data center for tape dispatching, vendor coordination, troubleshoot and support any DC issues.
- Manage incident tickets.
- Assist in reviewing and coordinating security vulnerabilities and creating infra tickets for patching etc
- Manage infra components/servers in MSL.
- Assists with designing and implementing new solutions.
- Assists in maintaining and updating documentation.
- Participates in planning, daily meetings and backlogs sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
