- Drive project governance, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and decision-making sessions.
- Ensure project deliverables align with organizational objectives, security requirements, and operational standards.
- Manage change initiatives while minimizing impact to end users and patient care environments.
- Oversee vendor coordination and third-party project activities as needed.
- 10 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects.
- Proven success delivering complex IT infrastructure initiatives.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, firewalls, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Excellent project management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and technical teams in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience working within healthcare organizations or healthcare IT environments.
- Understanding of how infrastructure changes impact clinical operations and patient care.
- PMP or related project management certification preferred.
