Position Summary
We are seeking a Technology Support Technician to provide on-site technical assistance at two locations for a large, reputable organization. This is a
hands-on role requiring strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. The position is a backfill for an employee currently on leave,
with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. You will be responsible for resolving approximately 10-12 support tickets per day, focusing on hardware and software issues such as computer malfunctions, smartboard troubleshooting, and occasional printer setup. This is Level 1 support with tasks including imaging, Windows troubleshooting, and hardware deployment. There is no phone support, Mac support, or Active Directory work involved-this is a purely hands-on role that demands professionalism and clear communication when working with staff.

Pay And Benefits

- No on-call rotation; standard weekday schedule.
