This is a full-time hybrid position for an Information Technology Field Technician based in Columbia, SC. We cover the South Eastern, United States from Alabama to Virginia. The IT Field Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, performing computer and printer repairs, and maintaining desktop systems. The role requires hands-on problem-solving, communication with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering timely and effective IT support services.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of field expirence
- Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving IT-related issues
- Experience with Desktop Computers and maintenance of related systems
- Strong skills in Printer Support and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience in Troubleshooting and Computer Repair
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
- Certification such as CompTIA A , Network , or related IT credentials is a plus
- Knowledge of networking and basic hardware/software installation is preferred
- Travel for work.
