Seeking a senior IT Facilities Program Consultant to lead and coordinate IT infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives across global facilities. This role bridges IT and Facilities teams to ensure successful delivery of new site builds, expansions, and smart workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between IT, Facilities, and vendors
- Lead IT delivery for building construction, expansions, conference rooms, and data centers
- Coordinate across network, EUC, unified communications, and data center teams
- Support workplace tools (IWMS, space planning, booking systems)
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Drive project execution, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Use project tools like MS Project, Primavera, ClickUp
- Improve processes and adopt AI/automation where applicable
- 7–10 years in IT program/project management
- Experience with facilities or real estate IT projects
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure
- Global project delivery experience (US, EMEA, APAC)
- Expertise in stakeholder management and communication
- Familiarity with IWMS and smart workplace technologies
- Certifications preferred (PMP, PgMP, ITIL)
