Requirement/Must Have:
- Deep understanding of HIPAA Security Rule and NIST frameworks.
- Knowledge of standards like HL7 or FHIR for secure communication between healthcare platforms.
- Ability to balance clinical usability with risk reduction.
- Collaborate with clinical staff and administrators to define system requirements for managing Electronic Health Records (EHR) or billing.
- Identify bottlenecks in patient flow or data entry and recommend technical solutions.
- Translate complex technical features into actionable training for healthcare staff.
- Focus on the protection of Electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI) and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities in system architecture and data flows.
- Implement least-privilege access and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for data security.
- Detect and respond to security threats and lead the recovery process while documenting findings.
- Manage Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with system vendors to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Health care specific certifications such as HCISPP or C PHIMS.
- Effective collaboration with product, data, and business teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Functional and domain knowledge of the Pharma sector.
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
- Experience with essential compliance documentation such as Security Risk Assessments (SRA) and Business Associate Agreements (BAA).
Salary : $55 - $60
