Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Information Technology Program Manager

You Have:
- Experience supporting government clients in high-visibility, mission-critical environments, including direct engagement with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing technical analytics, targeting or intelligence-driven programs, including coordination across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience managing subcontractors, cross-functional teams, and multi-vendor environments in support of government program objectives
- Ability to lead full lifecycle project execution, including requirements development, planning, resourcing, risk management, and delivery
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts, including analytics, data engineering, cloud platforms, or targeting systems, into actionable plans for technical and non-technical audiences
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience supporting mission centers or intelligence production elements
- Experience with Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) processes, governance, and mission priorities
- Experience managing programs involving advanced analytics, data integration, targeting support, or intelligence automation
- Experience with cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure or C2S, and supporting IC workloads
- Experience developing program roadmaps, performance metrics, and mission-aligned delivery strategies
- Knowledge of OSINT exploitation platforms, data enrichment pipelines, or multi-INT fusion environments
