The individual will be responsible for the following:
Support Performance Management Team (PMT) in basic performance metric analysis, productivity improvement identification and solution implementation.
Conduct required process reviews (time-studies), cost reduction, process/product flow analysis, and capacity utilization studies. Develop and assist team in executing modifications based on desired results.
Responsible for program floor layout planning and implementation.
Candidate must be customer-focused with good oral and written communication skills. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and work effectively team and all levels of management.
Candidate should be a self-starter with demonstrated self-initiated goals and results.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited college.
Familiar with Facility Layouts, Time Studies, Simulation and lean principles.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Desired Skills
Familiar with basic Industrial Engineering competencies.
Proficient in Excel.
Have learning disposition, inquisitive, self starter, with good people skills.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
