- Strategic Analysis & Solution Delivery: Evaluate technical and business implications of application software within the current and future business environments. Promote technical services to resolve operational issues and deliver scalable business solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Requirements & Lifecycle Management: Drive the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from conceptual design and wireframing to functional/non-functional requirement gathering, user story mapping, and traceability matrix creation.
- Financial Workflow Translation: Apply a deep understanding of financial workflows to translate complex financial operations into clear IT system requirements, configuration changes, and technical workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with internal application sub-teams (Software Development, QA, Systems Support, and Project Management) to coordinate project plans, resource allocations, and issue management.
- Project & Scope Governance: Formulate system objectives through fact-finding and user-need alignment. Meet regularly with program leadership and project managers to ensure compliance, timely delivery, and schedule alignment.
- System Quality Assurance: Participate in setting technical standards, procedures, and policies. Assist the division with strategic quality assurance, process improvements, system testing documentation, and client relationship management.
