Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Experience in a DoD or military health system environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or a related scientific field.
- 6 years of experience applying improvement methodologies and leading projects, ideally in a relevant industry (experience requirements scale with seniority).
- Strong understanding of improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA/PDCA, and Change Management.
- Proficiency in data analysis (statistical software), problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), facilitation, and training skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Teams, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Access), Power BI, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Master s degree in a relevant field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- PMP certification or other relevant professional certifications.
- Experience with SharePoint administration, SPIDR, or similar knowledge management platforms.
