Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

- The HR Administrator will be responsible for conducting orientation sessions for new hires, taking statements for investigations, and managing time and attendance records
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and ensure that all time-off requests are processed in a timely manner
- Assist with employee investigations by taking statements and gathering information
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process as needed
- Manage employee records and ensure that they are up-to-date and accurate
- Answer employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and procedures
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the HR Director.
