Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) with strong experience in Windows 11 migration and enterprise endpoint deployment. The candidate will lead large-scale OS migration initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration programs across enterprise environments
- Define and execute migration strategy, including pilot and phased rollouts
- Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft to identify alternatives to MDT
- Manage end-to-end hardware lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, retirement)
- Drive hardware deployment activities including imaging, driver management, and logistics
- Work with engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver endpoint solutions
- Translate business requirements into product roadmaps, user stories, and release plans
- Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and coordinate across stakeholders
- Track and measure program success using data-driven metrics
- Strong experience in Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration
- Experience with enterprise OS deployment tools: SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, MDT
- Hands-on experience in large-scale OS deployments (10K endpoints preferred)
- Knowledge of hardware lifecycle management and deployment processes
- Experience with product management (roadmaps, backlog, user stories)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience working with OEMs and hardware certification processes
- Familiarity with endpoint standardization strategies
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
