Preferred Qualifications
Enterprise Operating System Deployment
- Proven experience leading or supporting large-scale Windows Operating System implementations within enterprise environments (10,000 endpoints preferred).
- Strong understanding of Windows deployment tools and frameworks, such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Intune, Autopilot, MDT, or related imaging/provisioning technologies.
- Background in managing OS migration programs, including compatibility assessments, pilot and phased rollout strategies, and cross-team coordination.
- Experience driving end-to-end hardware lifecycle programs, including procurement standards, device evaluation, deployment readiness, maintenance, and retirement/disposal practices.
- Familiarity with OEM engagement, device roadmaps, hardware certification processes, and fleet-standardization strategies.
- Hands-on experience with hardware deployment processes, including imaging, driver management, peripheral readiness, and logistics coordination across distributed environments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business and technical requirements into product roadmaps, user stories, and release plans.
- Experience working with engineering, security, operations, and support teams to deliver scalable endpoint solutions in a complex enterprise ecosystem.
- Hands on experience in developing roadmaps, priorities, features, story outlines, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment with variety of stakeholders (4 years)
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to use metrics to measure adoption, performance, and program success.
