Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable GenAI solutions, working with transformer models, and integrating AI capabilities into real-world products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, or similar models
- Build and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and inference
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask)
- Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and outputs
- Work with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for semantic search and retrieval
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs using frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers
- Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI systems
- 7 years of experience in software development with strong Python programming skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts and transformer architectures

- Familiarity with prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques
