This remote role is ideal for developers who enjoy working in collaborative Agile environments, participating in design discussions, and contributing to large-scale enterprise web modernization efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Perform application analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance activities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop scalable application solutions
- Participate in daily design discussions, Agile ceremonies, and collaborative development activities
- Develop and maintain enterprise web applications and related system components
- Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and specifications
- Test code changes, validate functionality, and support QA efforts
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend system enhancements
- Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, system designers, and business stakeholders
- Support ongoing modernization efforts for the My Insurance Manager provider website
- Ensure applications are delivered according to project timelines and organizational standards
- Strong Front End experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Vue.js or React
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Bootstrap or PrimeVue experience is a plus
- Application development or systems testing experience
- Strong understanding of application development, integration, and QA methodologies
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced Agile environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience
