- Perform testing and validation of ETL and data management processes
- Review application and system logs to identify failures and root causes
- Work closely with development, support, and business teams to resolve defects
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
- Support production issue analysis and defect tracking
- Document test cases, test results, and issue resolution details
- Strong experience in ETL Testing / Data Management
- Experience reviewing logs and troubleshooting failures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in enterprise production support/testing environments
- Good communication and coordination skills
