We are looking for an experienced Dynanics Developer to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level systems that drive business efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and D365 to meet business needs.
Create and optimize reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate closely with a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable backend solutions.
Write and implement client-side scripting to enhance functionality and user experience.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and configurations.
Develop APIs to facilitate seamless integration across systems and applications.
Ensure configuration management practices are followed for system updates and changes.
Contribute to data science initiatives by providing technical support and insights.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within ERP/CRM systems to maintain operational continuity.
Continuously stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP/CRM development or a related field.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and D365.
Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
Experience with client-side scripting and API development.
Ability to create detailed business requirement documents and translate them into technical solutions.
Knowledge of configuration management practices.
Familiarity with data science concepts and backend development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
