ERP/CRM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a PART-TIME (20-hours weekly) contract basis in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. In this role, you will lead and support the implementation and optimization of UKG systems, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into system configurations. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions that enhance organizational efficiency.

This is a role that requires initial onsite followed by remote. Therefor we ask that ONLY Wisconsin residents apply.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of UKG system implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, IT, and Payroll to gather requirements and design tailored system configurations.

• Customize UKG modules, including Core HR, Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Talent Management, to meet specific business needs.

• Perform data mapping, migration, and validation to ensure accuracy and system integrity.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify and resolve system issues.

• Provide training sessions and create detailed documentation for end users and system administrators.

• Act as a liaison between the organization and UKG support teams to facilitate issue resolution and system improvements.

• Ensure compliance with data security standards, privacy regulations, and other applicable requirements.

• Support post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting, optimization, and user adoption.

• Document business processes and system configurations to maintain a clear and accessible knowledge base.

• Proven experience in implementing UKG systems, including UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Ready.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, and HR systems.
• Expertise in system configuration, data migration, and testing processes.
• Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and API development.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Familiarity with configuration management and client-side scripting.
• Experience in process and user documentation.
• Preferred certifications or specialized experience with UKG modules are a plus.
